I'm Meijun — NLP Master Practitioner,
and a 15-year Project Manager.

On paper, I looked like someone who had it together.

Stable career. Ticking boxes. Performing.

But behind that? A woman who had spent years feeling like she was forcing herself through a life that didn’t quite fit — and had no idea why.

I know what it’s like to show up, day after day, doing everything right — and still feeling hollow. I know the exhaustion of carrying work stress, family pressure, aging parents, and your children’s emotional world, all at once, with a smile that says “I’m fine.”

I also know what it feels like when something finally shifts.

Not because life got easier. But because I stopped waiting for it to.

My framework — the Inner Trust Compass — exists for one reason:

To help performing mothers shift from asking “What should I do?” to trusting their own answer as their default.

Not dependency on me. Not another methodology to follow.

Your own compass. Built by you. Trusted by you.

And only if you are willing to be accountable,

Only if you are willing and ready for the work to get there.

What I bring to our work together:

As an NLP Master Practitioner, I work at the level of how your mind processes experience — not just what you think, but how you think it. We don’t just talk about your patterns. We interrupt them, rewire them, and replace them with something that actually serves you.

  1. As someone who spent 15+ years managing complex, high-stakes projects. I understand precision under pressure. I don’t do vague. I help you get clear, get grounded, and get moving — without burning out in the process.
